Two very important manuals that the Canadian Army produced in the early 1960s to support it’s then newly (and reluctantly assumed) assigned role of being in effect THE primary trainer and activator of Civil Defence Preparations and Operations in Canada.

Radiological Defence Officers Course Manual (Jan 1974)

During the 60s, 70s and early 80s this RDO Course was given to selected Federal and Provincial Emergency Measures Officials (EMOs) usually once a year at the CANADIAN EMERGENCY MEASURES COLLEGE in Arnprior, Ontario.
